1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WritersQuest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the creative works you upload or create on WritersQuest. You grant WritersQuest a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the platform and provide requested features. See our Creator Rights page for more.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and to use WritersQuest lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, infringement, and attempts to compromise the platform.

5. AI features

AI features are creative support tools. WritersQuest does not guarantee originality of AI output and you are responsible for the material you publish, submit, or share.

6. Memberships and payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are described on the Membership page and may be updated with notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

8. Disclaimers

WritersQuest is provided on an as-is basis. Discovery, opportunities, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WritersQuest and Scriptwriters Network are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
